Eric Lucero of EMIE Marketing began his sales and marketing career in October 2013, when he joined a firm in New York. Within six months working with the company, he was offered the opportunity to be part of a team that was launching an expansion into Miami. Although he was close to earning a promotion in New York, he decided to take a risk and leave behind his family and friends to focus on an exciting opportunity in Miami. The 6 people who made the move all shared a passion and enthusiasm for what they were doing and were all working towards the common goal to grow the company. Within 12 months of the move, Eric Lucero had not only assisted with the company’s tremendous success but also opened his own business in the industry. Still consulting with the original business, he had found not only a great mentor but a true friend in the CEO.
Since opening EMIE Marketing, he has grown the firm to over 50 people, and throughout Florida. Eric believes mentality played a big part in laying the foundations for success.
